ABC Circle provides a platform connecting sponsors, volunteers, veterinary professionals, and community members in support of community dog welfare programs. Our services include sponsorship management, volunteer coordination, veterinary partner networks, impact tracking, and educational resources.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use of our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to our community, our mission, or the animals in our care.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
When participating in ABC Circle programs, you agree to follow all safety protocols, training requirements, and guidelines provided by our team. Volunteers must complete required orientation and training before engaging in fieldwork. You acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks and agree to follow all safety procedures.
Sponsorship contributions support the care, medical treatment, feeding, and well-being of community dogs enrolled in ABC Circle programs. Sponsorship is not a purchase of an animal, and sponsors do not acquire ownership rights over any animal through their contribution.
Recurring sponsorships will be charged automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. You may cancel your sponsorship at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
ABC Circle reserves the right to reassign sponsorship funds if a sponsored animal is adopted, relocated, or no longer requires program support. In such cases, we will notify you and offer the option to transfer your sponsorship to another animal or receive a prorated refund for unused funds.
All content on the ABC Circle platform - including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, and software - is the property of ABC Circle or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without explicit written permission.
By submitting content to our platform (including photographs, stories, reviews, or comments), you grant ABC Circle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with our services and mission-related activities.
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us this license and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
ABC Circle and its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to ABC Circle in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
